Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2019El presente proyecto corresponde al estudio de viabilidad para la creación de la empresa Valencia, Flórez Sigma S.A.S, la cual se dedicará a brindar los servicios de consultoría basados en la metodología de calidad Six Sigma en las pequeñas y medianas empresas de Pereira. Para definir si la creación de la empresa es viable se parte desde los diferentes aspectos metodológicos que son importantes para dar un enfoque al proyecto. El trabajo inicia con el estudio de mercados, aplicando una encuesta para analizar la demanda en una muestra definida de la población objeto de estudio, es decir las pequeñas y medianas empresas de la ciudad de Pereira, esta información es tabulada y graficada para realizar el análisis cualitativo-cuantitativo de los datos obtenidos, de esta forma se determina la aceptación del servicio; para el análisis de la oferta se evalúan los diferentes actores del mercado, entre ellos la competencia. A continuación, se realiza el estudio técnico, en el cual se define el tamaño de la empresa, la ubicación de la oficina acorde a las necesidades y requerimientos de la misma, teniendo en cuenta varios factores y se identifica los muebles, enseres y equipo de cómputo requerido para el funcionamiento de la organización. De igual forma se desarrolla el estudio administrativo donde se define la planeación estratégica, el talento humano necesario y sus perfiles. El estudio legal determinó la normatividad que debe cumplir la empresa para su creación y funcionamiento, definiendo la estructura legal con la cual se creó la organización. Para concluir si la empresa es viable en todos los aspectos, se realizó el estudio financiero, este permite identificar desde las técnicas de evaluación de proyectos la rentabilidad de la misma.\ Abstract: The present feasibility study corresponds to the creation of the company Valencia, Flórez Sigma S.A.S, which will be dedicated to providing consulting services based on the Six Sigma quality methodology in small and medium-sized companies in Pereira. To define if the creation of the company is viable, we start from the different methodological aspects that are important to give an approach to the project. The work begins with the study of markets, applying a survey to analyze the demand in a defined sample of the population under study, ie the small and medium enterprises of the city of Pereira, this information is tabulated and graphed to perform the analysis qualitative-quantitative of the data obtained, in this way the acceptance of the service is determined; for the analysis of the offer, the different market players are evaluated, among them the competition. Subsequently the technical study is performed, which defines the size of the company, the location of the office according to the needs and requirements of the same, taking into account several factors and identifies the furniture, appliances and computer equipment required for the operation of the organization. In the same way the administrative study is developed where the strategic planning, the necessary human talent and their profiles are defined. The legal study determined the regulations that the company must comply with for its creation and operation, defining the legal structure with which the organization was created.To conclude if the company is feasible in all aspects, the financial study is carried out, this allows to identify from the project evaluation techniques the profitability of the sameUniversidad Católica de Pereira.
