Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2021Este documento, presenta el trabajo ejecutado durante noveno y décimo semestre de arquitectura en la universidad católica de Pereira, donde se elabora a partir de un proceso a escala macro y ultimar a escala micro. Empezando por el diagnóstico y evaluación, enfatizando en tres componentes principales, los cuales son: componente socio territorial, componente de espacio público y componente de infraestructura. Para finalmente formular una propuesta del proyecto estratégico de ciudad, que se divide en cuatro unidades deportivas; la correspondiente es la una unidad deportiva villa olímpica, proyectada para los juegos nacionales XXIII, y, por último, la propuesta del proyecto puntual, escenario deportivo liga de tenis. /Abstract: This document presents the work carried out during the ninth and tenth semester of architecture at the Catholic University of Pereira, where it is elaborated from a process at macro scale and finalized at micro scale. Starting with the diagnosis and evaluation, emphasizing on three main components, which are: socio-territorial component, public space component and infrastructure component.
