Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2021El proceso investigativo que inicialmente reconoce conceptualiza y caracteriza grupos minoritarios tales como la infancia y la adolescencia, el adulto mayor, personas con diversidad funcional, el género y fenómenos tales como la migración en los departamentos de Caldas, Risaralda, Chocó y Quindío, donde entendiendo que estos poseen una espacialidad y temporalidad que se ve reflejada en aspectos demográficos, el hábitat y el lugar, se analiza y se interpreta el papel que juega los grupos ya mencionados en las dinámicas y procesos de transformación de lo que se denomina Ecorregión Eje Cafetero (que incluye los departamentos trabajados desde el inicio, el Nor – Occidente del Tolima - Norte del Valle del Cauca y Chocó). Esta Ecorregión ha venido sufriendo una serie de transformaciones físico-espaciales como socioculturales de manera histórica y se ha vendido intensificando desde el año 2011, trayendo aspectos positivos y negativos como es el caso de la pérdida de arraigo por la cultura agrícola (cafetera) desencadenada especialmente por la migración de la población joven a los cascos urbanos, por lo tanto, para este trabajo se toma como lugar concreto de estudio la vereda El Rhin del municipio de Armenia – Quindío, pues, durante el proceso investigativo se determinó que es uno de los lugares que menos conserva esta cultura donde por medio de la estrategia del relevo generacional se busca conservarla y recuperarla. / Abstract: The research process that initially recognizes, conceptualizes and characterizes minority groups such as children and adolescents, the elderly, people with functional diversity, gender and phenomena such as migration in the departments of Caldas, Risaralda, Chocó and Quindío, where, understanding that they have a spatiality and temporality that is reflected in demographic aspects, the habitat and place, it is analyzed and interpreted the role played by the aforementioned groups in the dynamics and processes of transformation of what is called the Ecoregion Eje Cafetero (the Coffee Axis Ecoregion), the habitat and the place, we analyze and interpret the role played by the aforementioned groups in the dynamics and transformation processes of what is called Eje Cafetero Ecoregion (which includes the departments worked from the beginning, the North - West of Tolima - North of Valle del Cauca and Chocó).
