La generación de capital humano es un elemento importante para la dinamización del proceso de inclusión de la sociedad al sector productivo. Por lo tanto, se busca conocer si los empresarios están cumpliendo con la responsabilidad social frente a la comunidad y el capital humano y si hay consistencia de la RSE como herramienta para el desarrollo integral./Abstract The CSR is not philanthropy, but retribution to the different groups of interest. Since it´s as a social agent, it has responsibility for the society in which it is immersed. The generation of human capital is an important element in the dynamization of the inclusion process of society into the productive sector.
