The research that supports this article contributes to the knowledge of the occupational trajectories and the innovator circuits in the wearing industry of the department of Risaralda, from two perspectives: the company and the worker, which was limited to the relations from the point of view of the human capitalEste documento corresponde a un estudio realizado en el sector de la confección de los municipios de Pereira y Dosquebradas, abordado desde una perspectiva compleja, es decir, enfatizando las relaciones entre tres grandes ejes: conducta tecnológica, desarrollo humano, capital social y redes empresariales. Lo complejo es una reconstrucción interpretativa de los resultados del trabajo de campo, urdido en la trama teórica que igualmente ha sido figurada por los investigadores.
