| Summary: | This paper belongs to a research done about the human resources habits in some companies of the sub sector of the wearing industry in the municipalities of Pereira and Dosquebradas, covered from a complex perspective, it is, emphasizing the relations among thee great axes: technological behavior, human development and share capital, and entrepreneural networks.
