[1] [2] De otra parte, en el entendimiento y desarrollo de una aplicación móvil a través de herramientas tecnológicas actuales que faciliten generar un archivo binario para un sistema operativo móvil. Por ejemplo, para el sistema operativo Android, un sistema que fue creado para diferentes dispositivos y desarrollado en forma de código abierto; que permite a estudiantes, desarrolladores y personal dedicado al desarrollo de software, explorar aspectos dirigidos con la administración y uso de la información que los teléfonos inteligentes pueden procesar y que están presentes desde y hacia cualquier lugar sin excluir procesos. Este trabajo se ha definido sobre el modelo de aplicaciones usadas para operar en tiempo real, particularmente para el registro de las prácticas deportivas realizadas en la disciplina del ciclismo, tanto de manera recreativa como profesional. Para llegar a la realización del prototipo fue necesario revisar lo que ya brindan otras herramientas, como la ubicación de la ruta, cálculo de distancias, mapas, definición de rutas, entre otras opciones. Por el contrario, no se evidenció un sistema de seguridad y apoyo propio para los deportistas a través de alertas manuales, ni tampoco la captura de fotografías durante el recorrido. Esto permitió generar una propuesta que incluyera valor, además de las herramientas de desarrollo y entorno de ejecución. Las metodologías utilizadas para este proyecto fueron XP (Extreme Programming) y SCRUM [3]. De ambas se eligieron algunos métodos y técnicas que se pudieran aplicar debido a que el equipo estaba compuesto por tan sólo dos integrantes. Luego de culminar la etapa de desarrollo, y a través de pruebas desde una visión muy local, puesto que la APK no fue adicionada a la herramienta Play Store del sistema de Google, esta se usó para validación de funcionamiento, conclusiones y algunas recomendaciones. Abstract: The purpose of this work is to carry out a mobile development in relation to the knowledge acquired in the studies of Systems Engineering and Telecommunications, involving an important part on the theory of telecommunications, emphasizing the Global Positioning System (GPS or Positioning System Global by its initials in English) as one of the most important advances for humanity due to the constant increase in its use, its evolution and impact on the results that have favored the development of humanity by facilitating planetary orientation and location. [1] [2] On the other hand, in the understanding and development of a mobile application through current technological tools that facilitate generating a binary file for a mobile operating system. For example, for the Android operating system, a system that was created for different devices and developed in the form of open source; It enables students, developers, and staff dedicated to software development to explore targeted aspects of managing and using the information that smartphones can process and that are present from anywhere without excluding processes. This work has been defined on the model of applications used to operate in real time, especially for the registration of sports practices carried out in the discipline of cycling, both recreationally and professionally. In order to carry out the prototype, it was necessary to evaluate what other tools already provide, such as the location of the route, calculation of distances, maps, definition of routes, among other options. On the contrary, there is no evidence of a security system and own support for athletes through manual alerts, nor the capture of photographs during the tour. This also generates a proposal that includes value, in addition to the development tools and execution environment. The methodologies used for this project were XP (Extreme Programming) and SCRUM [3]. From both, some methods and techniques were chosen and applied because the team consisted of only two members.
