Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.Las Habilidades Sociales son adquiridas a través del aprendizaje, incluyen comportamientos verbales y no verbales, suponen iniciativas personales y respuestas correctas que son reforzadas socialmente Caballo (2007). En la convivencia laboral hay una vida cotidiana compartida, las Habilidades Sociales deben permitir el desarrollo de la búsqueda activa de estrategias que determinan la convivencia laboral, donde se presenta la alta exigencia de conocerse y la oportunidad de conocer otras personas. Por medio del análisis de contenido sobre las entrevistas y el registro de diario de campo se logra evidenciar en la presente investigación cualitativa, la influencia de las habilidades sociales expresadas en la conducta verbal y no verbal de cuatro colaboradores del Instituto INEC Cartago, mostrando así que en la cotidianidad compartida hay una expresión de habilidades sociales que determina la vivencia entre compañeros de trabajo. \ Abstarct: Social abilities are acquired through learning, they include verbal and no verbal behaviours, involve personal initiatives and correct answers that are socially reinforced. There is a shared daily life into the work coexistence, where social abilities must allow the development of the active search of solutions that determine work coexistence where the high demand to know each other and the opportunity of meet another people are presented. Trough the analysis of the content about the interviews and the field journal record, evidence is achieved in the present qualitative investigation is the influence of the social abilities expressed in the verbal and no verbal behavior of four collaborators of the INEC Institute Cartago, showing that into the shared everydayness there is an expression of social abilities that determine the experience between coworkers.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
