Por lo anterior, esta investigación busca encontrar las prácticas inclusivas que lleva a cabo la institución educativa Pablo Emilio Cardona, ubicada en la ciudad de Pereira, ya que es una institución oferente en atender dentro de sus aulas a estudiantes con discapacidad visual. Esta investigación es de tipo cualitativa, apoyada en el método fenomenológico, como instrumento de recolección de información; se utilizó la entrevista semiestructurada, contando con la participación de cinco estudiantes con discapacidad visual y cuatro docentes. Entre los resultados principales se evidencian prácticas inclusivas en la presencia, el aprendizaje y la participación de los estudiantes, se encontraron docentes comprometidos con una real inclusión, pero también se evidencian barreras para acceder al contenido institucional y prácticas de algunos docentes que no obedecen a un modelo inclusivo. Para finalizar se construyó una cartilla que explica de forma clara y concisa las prácticas en inclusión educativa y brinda./Abstract Throughout history, people with visual disabilities have been marginalized from different social contexts, including education. Because of this, we find ourselves in a society that is just beginning to make transformations in search of educational inclusion. Therefore, this research seeks to find the inclusive practices carried out by the educational institution Pablo Emilio Cardona, located in the city of Pereira, chosen because it is an institution offering to serve students with visual disabilities within its classrooms. This is a qualitative research, based on a phenomenological method, as an instrument for collecting information the semi-structured interview was used; 5 visually impaired students and 4 teachers were interviewed. Among the main results, inclusive practices are evidenced in the presence, learning and participation of students, there were also teachers committed to a real inclusion, but there are also barriers to accessing institutional content and practices of some teachers who do not obey a inclusive model.
