El Burnout es considerado como uno de los mayores riesgos en profesionales de la salud que se relacionan con el enfrentamiento a emociones intensas, enfermedades, sufrimientos, siendo este un problema importante de abordar en los trabajadores de atención médica debido a las diversas cargas a las que se enfrentan y están expuestos diariamente. La metodología se realizó por medio de una revisión sistemática, consistió en la recopilaron artículos en las bases de datos EBSCO, Redalyc, Scopus, Scielo, Sciencedirect, como criterios de inclusión se estableció que sean artículos científicos en idioma de inglés o español que se evidencien los resultados de las intervenciones; se excluyeron estudios con la población distinta a los médicos, que no muestran los resultados de las intervenciones, artículos teóricos, libros, notas periódicas. Los resultados permitieron reconocer que en 10 artículos analizados se evidenció que las intervenciones para el trabajo del Burnout se constituyen en un 70% de las intervenciones por módulos para el mejoramiento de la comunicación, cambios en el flujo de trabajo, introducción a la atención plena, actividades de respiración, pensamientos y mindfulness, yoga, terapias artísticas, consejos de bienestar, estas intervenciones se realizaron en un 100% de manera grupal y de forma exitosa. / Abstract This research aims to identify Burnout interventions in hospital organizations focused on doctors. Burnout is considered one of the greatest risks in health professionals related to coping with intense emotions, illnesses, and suffering, this being an important problem to address in health care workers due to the various burdens they face. they face and are exposed to on a daily basis. The methodology was carried out through a systematic review, it consisted of collecting articles in the EBSCO, Redalyc, Scopus, Scielo, Sciencedirect databases, as inclusion criteria it was established that they be scientific articles in English or Spanish that are evidenced the results of the interventions; the exclusion criteria were studies with the population that were health professionals other than doctors, that do not show the results of the interventions, theoretical articles, books, periodic notes. The results allowed us to recognize that in 10 articles analyzed it was evidenced that the interventions for the Bornout work are constituted by 70% of the interventions by modules for the improvement of communication, changes in the workflow, introduction to full attention , breathing activities, thoughts and mindfulness, yoga, artistic therapies, well-being advice, these interventions were carried out 100% in a group and successfully.
