En este sentido, se realizó una búsqueda en las siguientes bases de datos: Scopus, Scielo, Pubmed, Science Direct, Web of sciences, Redalyc, Dialnet y Google Escolar, donde se seleccionaron 1.142 artículos, de los cuales 110 cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Los resultados exponen que, la conducta delictiva se encuentra relacionada con trastornos de personalidad y otros trastornos que, de igual manera, algunos tipos de delito se encuentran relacionados con ciertos trastornos mentales. Se concluye que los trastornos de personalidad se encuentran en mayor relación que otros trastornos frente al comportamiento criminal, en cuanto a estos últimos se concluye que: Ansiedad, Depresión, Esquizofrenia y Trastorno por Consumo de SPA son los más prevalentes. Se reconoce la evidencia de ciertos cuadros clínicos en relación a tipos de delitos, por ejemplo, el trastorno paranoide y trastorno antisocial con delitos como el homicidio, los delitos sexuales tuvo mayor prevalencia el trastorno antisocial, en cuanto al tráfico de drogas predomina el trastorno antisocial y en los delitos relacionados a violencia de pareja tuvo mayor prevalencia la psicopatía, sin embargo, estos datos no generan sustento suficiente para la creación de perfiles criminales. Finalmente, teniendo en cuenta los resultados, este artículo no propone una estigmatización de los sujetos diagnosticados con este tipo de psicopatologías. Abstrac: This research article was carried out with the objective of describing the mental disorders that within the literature are linked to acts related to criminal and criminal behavior. In this sense, a search was carried out in the following databases: Scopus, Scielo, Pubmed, Science Direct, Web of sciences, Redalyc, Dialnet and Google Escolar, where 1,142 articles were selected, of which 110 met the criteria inclusion.
