Daniel Alberto, Montoya Estrada2024-10-15T14:05:53Z2024-10-15T14:05:53Z2023-10-17https://hdl.handle.net/10785/16151Proyecto de aplicación de conocimiento (Programa de Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y diseño, Pereira, 2023.La informalidad en las viviendas emerge en respuesta a la crisis en la que viven gran parte de la población colombiana, más específicamente en el sector de Roció Bajo, que se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Pereira, este descuido del estado y al no encontrar apoyo del gobierno, casusa que las personas se vean en la necesidad de construir espacios para sí mismo desde sí mismo, para su cuidado y albergue, claro está que esto genera problemas cada vez más serios en la ciudad y en la comunidad del Roció bajo, puesto que estas construcciones son cimentadas de forma provisional, es aquí donde el arquitecto debe intervenir, entendiendo que su utilidad y función en la sociedad va mucho más allá del acto de diseñar un espacio, se debe entender que su labor es también resolver necesidades y debe, claro está, ser eficaz para solucionar las verdaderas necesidades de la comunidad y así también ayudar a la formación de comunidades más sostenibles y responsables con su entorno.
