Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2008Este trabajo va enfocado a la empresa Mundo Muebles Pereira, lugar que sirvió como punto clave para la realización de la práctica profesional, oportunidad en la que se analizaron varios factores como la reseña histórica, la misión, la visión de la empresa, sus instalaciones, los procesos productivos, el tipo de mercado, las clases de productos que ofrecen etc. Información que cumplió un papel importante ya q de esta manera se pudo determinar cuáles eran las áreas problemáticas con las que contaban y así brindar soluciones que contribuyeran al mejoramiento de la empresa. Permitiendo que esta replanteara algunos de sus procesos con el fin de brindar un excelente servicio y lograr que los clientes optaran por sus productos gracias a la calidad de los mismos. /Abstract: This work goes focused to the Movable company World Pereira, place that served like key point for the accomplishment of the professional practice, opportunity in which several factors like the historical review were analyzed, the mission, the vision of the company, its facilities, the productive processes, the type of market, the product classes that offer etc. Information that a paper important already q fulfilled this way could determine as they were the problematic areas on which they counted and thus to offer solutions that contributed to the improvement of the company.
