Este cortometraje documental presenta la elaboración de tres de los dulces artesanales más tradicionales de la comunidad palanquera de San Basilio, la cocada, la alegría y el caballito permitiendo introducir de este modo las historias de quienes los preparan. / Abstract :'Sweet Resistance, where joy is eaten' is an audiovisual product of documentary genre, which seeks to narrate through the life stories of four women belonging to the community of San Basilio de Palenque, the social, cultural and economic dynamics behind the artisan elaboration of sweets, which in turn is fed by the declarations of a group of experts on the subject, who broaden and deepen the different dimensions of this ancestral practice typical of their community, which has been maintained throughout of time, allowing the conservation of part of its culture and promoting the local economy.
