Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la percepción que tienen los inspectores de trabajo de la ciudad de Pereira sobre el acoso laboral y su aplicación normativa. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y se empleó la entrevista semiestructurada, la cual se aplicó a 9 inspectores de trabajo (5 hombres y 4 mujeres). Las conclusiones indican que algunos inspectores no tienen claridades frente al concepto de acoso laboral y de las conductas que lo tipifican según la normatividad colombiana, sin embargo, siguen el procedimiento que esta expone en casos de querella. Tres hallazgos importantes surgieron en el proceso investigativo, y que no se contemplan dentro de la Ley 1010 de 2006: el suicidio como producto del acoso, el acoso a través de redes sociales, y la ausencia de respaldo en la norma para los trabajadores en misión. \ Abstract: The objective of this study was to analyze the perception that the labor inspectors of the city of Pereira have about labor harassment and its normative application. A qualitative approach was used and the semi-structured interview was used, which was applied to 9 labor inspectors (5 men and 4 women). The conclusions indicate that some inspectors do not have clarity regarding the concept of workplace harassment and the behaviors that typify it according to Colombian regulations, however, they follow the procedure that is exposed in cases of complaint. Three important findings emerged in the investigative process, and that are not contemplated within the Law 1010 of 2006: suicide as a product of harassment, harassment through social networks, and the absence of support in the standard for workers on mission.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
