Este trabajo se realiza por medio de una investigación cualitativa, a través de un estudio de caso realizado a cuatro empleadores de la ciudad de Pereira, en donde se logró reconocer que el papel que cumple el estigma social de los empresarios locales acerca de los migrantes Venezolanos en relación con la informalidad, es un limitante para la inclusión y afecta directamente las posibilidades en la inserción, ocasionando que las discriminaciones en áreas vitales influyan en su situación económica por las normas respecto a las integraciones laborales, la desinformación y los estereotipos. Trayendo consecuencias psicológicas como baja autoestima, ansiedad, aislamiento y depresión y consecuencias sociales como pobreza y discriminación, obligando a los migrantes a aceptar salarios más bajos que los de los nativos, peores condiciones de trabajo y vivir en situaciones de ilegalidad./Abstract: The following article develops the problems that have arisen since 2015 with respect to the Venezuelan population, specifically focusing on informal work and the stigma that formed in the Colombian population. This work is carried out through qualitative research, through a case study carried out on four parameters of the city of Pereira, where it is recognized to recognize the role played by the social stigma of local entrepreneurs regarding Venezuelan migrants in In relation to informality, it is a limitation for inclusion and directly affects the possibilities of insertion, causing discrimination in vital areas to influence their economic situation due to the regulations regarding labor integration, disinformation and stereotypes.
