Abtract: This practice report was constructed in order to develop a case study with a teenage user of the Psico institution of the Municipality of Dosquebradas, who presents the phenomenon of consumption and other individual difficulties that have generated conflicts in the personal, family and social area ; for which priority was required to address various issues in order to provide tools that allow you to generate changes in some approaches to your life, in addition to making a preventive education and reeducate in other areas, giving stronger instruments and constructive to solve as being human and with the help of his family many of the situations that brought about the difficulties evidenced.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
