Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2022El presente artículo nace desde las necesidades de espacios habitacionales en la ciudad de Pereira, siendo una ciudad receptora de diferentes grupos humanos migrantes e inmigrantes, estos, desplazados por diferentes razones socio-político administrativa, despejando un panorama crítico y reflexivo sobre el ordenamiento territorial; esta investigación surge como resultado de la recolección y análisis interpretativo hacia los movimientos territoriales que está teniendo la ciudad, en la comuna Villa santa en el sector El Remanso, siendo este un nodo receptor de asentamientos informales, este fenómeno se refleja negativamente en la periferia sur este de la zona urbana, careciendo de espacios colectivos y protección hacia la zona ambiental. / Abstract: This article arises from the needs of housing spaces in the city of Pereira, being a receiving city of different migrant and immigrant human groups, these, displaced for different socio-political-administrative reasons, clearing a critical and reflexive panorama on territorial planning; This research arises as a result of the collection and interpretative analysis towards the territorial movements that the city is having, in the Villa Santa community in the sector El Remanso, being this a receptor node of informal settlements, this phenomenon is negatively reflected in the southeast periphery of the urban zone, lacking collective spaces and protection towards the environmental zone.Universidad Católica de Pereira;
