Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2019En Colombia, en la actualidad los servicios comerciales van en aumento, el sector de las telecomunicaciones es cada vez más álgido y requiere de innovación continúa debido a la competencia y los cambios socioculturales, siendo determinante realizar esfuerzos por comprender esta economía y el aprovechamiento de las oportunidades como estrategia de crecimiento empresarial. Pereira es una ciudad completamente comercial debido a su ubicación estratégica como centro de conexión interdepartamental, así mismo, los Contact Center son una gran fuente de empleo en la ciudad y debido al desafiante y competitivo medio, requiere de actividades empresariales actuales y renovadas. Por lo anterior, se refuerza la necesidad de conocer el aprovechamiento del TLC con Estados Unidos dentro de este tipo de organizaciones, el gran beneficio que se tiene de no tener presencia local para la oferta de servicios, así como las ventajas y/o desventajas que pudiesen tener. Lo anterior se obtendrá por medio de una entrevista realizada a cada uno de los Contact Center dispuestos a participar de la investigación. /Abstract: In Colombia, at present the commercial services are on the increase, the sector of the telecommunications is icier and icier and it needs of innovation it is still owed to the competition and the sociocultural changes, being a determinant to realize efforts to understand this economy and the use of the opportunities as strategy of managerial growth. Pereira is a completely commercial city due to its strategic place like center of interdepartmental connection, likewise, Contact Center is a big employment source in the city and due to the challenging and competitive way, it needs of current and renewed managerial activities.
