Por lo anterior, se pretende establecer la viabilidad por medio de estudios teóricos y contextuales, los cuales permiten conocer el sector legal y el trayecto que han venido teniendo las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en los últimos años, las cuales se convierten en una de las más importantes herramientas del siglo XXI. Es por esto, que se genera la idea de la creación de una aplicación web que genere documentos legales que permitan solucionar problemas legales. Adicionalmente, se tendrán en cuenta variables legales, económicas, sociales para la ejecución del proyecto, pues es muy importante conocer el entorno en el cual se empleará la aplicación web, de tal manera que el margen de error sea cada vez menor. Este trabajo, por lo tanto, si es viable, puesto que teniendo en cuenta el crecimiento de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones (TIC) y las leyes que afirman la posibilidad de realizar un trámite de mínima cuantía sin un abogado, se concluye que en temas legales si es posible ejecutar el proyecto. Además, se realizó un estudio de mercado a la ciudad de Pereira, donde se ejecutó la primera versión de la aplicación, y se evidenció que más del cincuenta por ciento de los encuestados indicaron que si utilizarían la aplicación. Por último, teniendo en cuenta la encuesta, se busca realizar un trabajo de marketing enfocado en un presente hacia adultos entre los 40 y 60 años, teniendo en cuenta una promoción hacia las personas entre los 20 y 39 años, quienes son futuros clientes y se debe tener en cuenta para futuras estrategias de promoción.This descriptive research aims to highlight the needs and opportunities present in the legal sector and in Colombians who have required a lawyer to carry out a process, in such a way that a solution is generated and therefore the development of the project, by through entrepreneurship and the generation of innovative ideas, which I managed to create positive change in Colombia. Therefore, it is intended to establish viability through theoretical and contextual studies, which allow knowing the legal sector and the path that Information and Communication Technologies have been taking in recent years, which have become a of the most important tools of the XXI century. For this reason, the idea of creating a web application that generates legal documents to solve legal problems is generated. Additionally, legal, economic and social variables will be taken into account for the execution of the project, since it is very important to know the environment in which the web application will be used, in such a way that the margin of error becomes less and less.
