Museo-jardín de arte dentro del paisaje cultural cafetero. Nevari: naturaleza que expresa vida, arte y ritual

El presente artículo toca los puntos focales de un proyecto turístico ubicado en el departamento del Quindío, el cual pretende crear un jardín en un área rural, de once mil metros cuadrados, en el municipio de Calarcá, en donde convivan la flora, la fauna y las expresiones artísticas creadas por el hombre, expresiones que tendrán como materia prima principal, la propia naturaleza. El nombre del proyecto es NEVARI y obedece al siguiente acróstico: Naturaleza que Expresa Vida, Arte y Ritual. De ahí que NEVARI se entienda como el concepto clásico de un jardín: el sueño mítico de una pacífica selva que transmite belleza y armonía. El sector del Turismo es una apuesta principal dentro de las políticas económicas, sociales y culturales del País. En el Plan de Desarrollo 2014 – 2018 “Todos por un nuevo país: Paz, equidad, educación” se ha diseñado una plan sectorial de turismo con la visión “Turismo para la construcción de la paz”. Así mismo dentro del documento Conpes 3803 se establece una política para la preservación del Paisaje Cultural Cafetero Colombiano. NEVARI establece durante su formulación, acciones y actividades que contribuyen a la preservación de este patrimonio y fomentar una propuesta turística que favorezca el crecimiento del sector turístico.\ Abstract: This article touches the focal points of a tourism project in the Department of Quindío, which aims to create a garden in a rural area, of eleven thousand square meters, in the municipality of Calarcá, where live the flora, fauna, and the artistic expressions created by man, expressions that have as main raw, nature itself. The project name is NEVARI and obeys the following acrostic: Nature to Express Life, Art and Ritual. That is why NEVARI is understood as the classical concept of a garden: the mythical dream of a peaceful forest transmitting beauty and harmony. The tourism sector is a main bet within the country's economic, social and cultural policies. In the Development Plan of the 2014-2018 "all for a new country: peace, equity, education" 3 has been designed a sectoral plan of tourism with the vision "Tourism for peace-building". Likewise within the document Conpes 3803 establishes a policy for the preservation of the Colombian coffee Cultural landscape. NEVARI sets during its formulation actions and activities that contribute to the preservation of this heritage and encourage a tourism proposal that encourages the growth of the tourism sector.
