Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2023En el planteamiento proyectual, se pretende generar ciudad, mediante un proyecto que esté vinculado a su entorno promoviendo e implementando las directrices de Casa Colombia, proyectando ciudades sostenibles que promuevan entornos pensados para el peatón en el cual gracias al turismo de la zona y como actividades complementarias del bioparque Ukumari, se emplean una serie de recorridos que evocan la historia de animales extintos como método educativo y de reflexión generando conciencia y otorgando una arquitectura con valor y contenido para los habitantes pensando en un proyecto totalmente público ligado a esa riqueza turística en la zona de expansión urbana con el objetivo de suplir una serie de necesidades para las personas, creando ciudad, espacios abiertos que promuevan esa interacción social, que generen empleo y que este en pro de la comunidad y el medio ambiente. El Proyecto se compone de 4 torres de uso mixto vivienda multifamiliar locales comerciales y oficinas tambien el desarrollo de un espacio publico que integre y potencialice el sector, priorizando a los petones a caminar la ciudad. / Abstract: The project is intended to promote sustainable cities, through an habitable complex that is linked to its environment, i mplementing the guidelines of Casa Colombia certification and some of the 17 sustainable developments goals, designing environments for pedestrians and contributing to the 15 minute cities concept, in which, thanks to the tourism of Pereira's urban expansion area and as complementary activities of the Ukumari bio park, I develop a series of routes that evoke the history of extinct animals, as a method of education and reflection activity, generating an architecture with value and content for the habitants and tourists, thinking of a totally public project linked to the pedestrians wealth with the objective of supplying a series of needs for the community Generating employment, creating green cities, giving access to natural and open spaces, promoting social interaction and a healthy lifestyle giving as a result a project that is in favor of the community and the environment The Project consists of 4 mixed use towers, multi family housing, commercial premises and offices, as well as the development of a public space that integrates and enhances the sector, prioritizing pedestrians to walk the city.Universidad Católica de PereiraUniversidad Católica de PereiraMonografía;
