Además, se analiza cómo su metodología y quehacer han transformado el proceso de enseñanza, tras el impacto de la pandemia del Covid 19, generando situaciones que debe enfrentar el educador desde su formación y disposición, asumiendo dichos cambios como un desafío u oportunidad. El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar estrategias de motivación que sirvan a los docentes para migrar y permanecer en la modalidad virtual, tomando en cuenta el proceso de enseñanza en un colegio privado confesional de la ciudad de Pereira. A fin de su cumplimiento se aplicó una propuesta metodológica que proporcionó espacios de intercambio, acompañamiento y disposición de herramientas virtuales. En este diseño, de corte cualitativo, se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de la información entrevistas estructuradas que puntualizan la motivación como un factor susceptible en el actuar del docente, ya que es notoria la necesidad de fortalecer este aspecto desde su ámbito laboral, sin desligar que su progreso y permanencia en las diferentes modalidades también depende del uso pedagógico con el que se aborden las TIC. Abstract: This article observes how the teacher plays a fundamental role in the creation of new spaces by incorporating ICT in the classroom. In addition, it analyzes how its methodology and work have transformed the teaching process, after the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, which generates situations that the educator must face from their training and disposition, assuming these changes as a challenge or opportunity. The objective of this investigation is to design motivational strategies that serve teachers to migrate and remain in the virtual mode, taking into account the teaching process in a private confessional school in the city of Pereira. In order to comply with it, a methodological proposal was applied and it provided spaces for exchange, accompaniment and disposed of virtual tools. In this qualitative design, structured interviews were used as an instrument for collecting information, which indicate motivation as a susceptible factor in the teacher's actions, since the need to strengthen this aspect from their work environment is notorious, without separating that their progress and permanence in the different modalities also depends on the pedagogical use with which ICT are approached.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
