Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2009El proceso administrativo de fijación de precios es considerado como uno de los más complejos y determinantes del actuar empresarial, ya que influye decisivamente en la aceptación de los productos y/o servicios ofrecidos; por esta razón, este trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo primordial identificar los criterios que influyen en la fijación de precios en el sector de la construcción de vivienda en la ciudad de Pereira. Para este fin, fue preciso realizar un acercamiento a las unidades de análisis; como instrumento de recolección se recurrió a la entrevista semiestructurada, la cual se aplicó a seis empresas constructoras./Abstract The administrative process of fixation of prices is considerate as one of the most complex and determinants of the business act, since it influences decisively in the acceptation of the products and offered services; because of this reason this investigative work has as a fundamental objective to identify the criteria that influences in the fixation of prices in the construction sector of house at the city of Pereira.
