Cuando una empresa desea obtener el certificado de calidad, debe cumplir con los requerimientos establecidos en dicha norma. Es así, como este trabajo tiene como objetivo crear la documentación y una guía de implementación para la CASA DEL BOMBILLO 2 LTDA, empresa dedicada a la comercialización de material de alta, media y baja tensión para casa y obras, ubicada en Dosquebradas Risaralda. Para el desarrollo del trabajo fue necesario iniciar con un diagnóstico inicial sobre el cumplimiento respecto a la norma, posterior a ello, se definió la plataforma estratégica que servirá como direccionamiento para su actuar. Continuando con el desarrollo del trabajo, se realizó la documentación exigida por la Norma, dando cumplimiento a los requisitos mínimos que a través de la guía de implementación llevarán a la consecución de la meta propuesta. Abstract: The implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 Standard contributes to organizations to provide services with high quality standards, generating a competitive advantage that allows them to consolidate in the market. When a company wishes to obtain the quality certificate, it must comply with the requirements established in this standard. This is how this work has an objective to create the documentation and an implementation guide for CASA DEL BOMBILLO 2 LTDA, a company dedicated to the commercialization of high, medium and low voltage materials for homes and projects, located in Dosquebradas Risaralda. For the development of this work it was necessary to start with an initial diagnostic about compliance with the standard, after that, the strategic platform was defined and it will serve as an addressing for its implementation.
