(Arquitectura), Facultad de arquitectura y diseño, Pereira, 2022.El siguiente articulo presenta la metodología y los resultados obtenidos a raíz del análisis territorial empleado en la ciudad de Armenia – Quindío, ciudad en la cual se centra la optativa, el cual es un lugar en el cual se evidencian diferentes tipos de problemáticas territoriales donde nos enfocaremos en la descentralización territorial, empleada desde el componente de vivienda universitaria o temporal y vivienda familiar o permanente, en complemento al sector con un equipamientos de carácter educativo en torno al complemento de la universidad del Quindío, ubicada en la misma ciudad.
