Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2018El diseño industrial es una profesión multidisciplinar que está actualizándose constantemente en cuanto a tendencias y sobre todo las necesidades y oportunidades que se presentan en el entorno. El siguiente documento investigativo tiene como objetivo alcanzar el desarrollo de una estrategia que acompañada de herramientas de usabilidad logren llegar al público pereirano y transferir información acerca del origen, trazabilidad y buen consumo de esta bebida tan reconocida a nivel nacional e internacional. Se cuenta con una observación e interacción con el contexto y con entrevistas a expertos en temas de producción, consumo y venta de café para plantear los requerimientos que dan forma y estructura al proyecto. / Abstract: Industrial design is a multidisciplinary profession that is constantly updated in terms of trends and especially the needs and opportunities that arise in the environment. The following research document aims to achieve the development of a strategy that, together with usability tools, will reach the target audience and transfer information about the origin, traceability and good consumption of this drink that is recognized nationally and internationally.
