Para llevar a cabo un análisis y reconocer la importancia de la página Web en el contexto regional, se tomarán ejemplos de comentarios hechos a las notas publicadas en la Internet sobre temas locales que benefician o perjudican social, cultural, política y económicamente a los ciudadanos.
