El trabajo de grado forma parte de la investigación formulada por la optativa Proyecto & Memoria, en donde se enfoca el tema en una categoría mixta entre lo sagrado y lo monumental, se proyecta una intención de traer vestigios de la arquitectura, tanto de referentes como de un lugar explicito, se plantea llegar a una escala de municipio en Mompox – Bolívar, asumiendo como tal un proyecto que pueda solucionar un remate de ciudad donde se encuentra ubicada una historia determinante para los momposinos y más aún un espacio sagrado que brinde una conexión con Dios en diferentes formas de las habituales , después de haber generado un estudio previo de este tipo de dinámicas en el lugar , las cuales cuentan con escenarios caracterizados por la religión católica apostólica para sus habitantes, la idea consiste en brindar un espacio que se adapte a las costumbres, respetando su pensamiento y su libre culto, siendo a fin de que el protagonista sea la luz en varios conceptos para así mismo crear un vínculo más cercano con lo divino. abstract.
