Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010Los diagnósticos que se realizan en la organización sobre los Stakeholders en Fenalco, es precisamente un análisis para analizar la relación que tienen con su grupo de interés los cuales comprenden 27 sectores donde se encuentran: Hoteles, automotores, supermercados, calzado entre otros; esto va enfocado a la gestión de comunicación externa donde se observaran las fortalezas, amenazas y oportunidades que tiene Fenalco como organización que representa a los Stakeholders o grupos de interés optimizando la información de los servicios que presta. Fenalco como organización tiene como objetivo la representatividad de sus afiliados frente a los estamentos públicos, privados en la región y a nivel nacional, brindando respaldo a cada uno de ellos y mostrando la fortaleza que tienen como organización de comerciantes./Abstrac:The diagnostics made in the organization on Fenalco Stakeholder, is just a test to come watch is the relationship they have with their interest group which comprises 27 sectors which include: Hotels, automotive, grocery, footwear and other , that is focused on managing external communication opportunity to observe the strengths, threats and opportunities that Fenalco as an organization that represents the Stakeholders and interest groups to optimize the information about the services it provides.
