Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2009En el presente trabajo se encuentra una aproximación al concepto de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial enmarcado en el contexto actual, construido a partir de diferentes teorías y conceptualizaciones, destacando dentro de ellas, la filantropía y la ética empresarial como percepciones fundamentales por el papel que juegan dentro de este ámbito empresarial, ya que su aporte principal se basa en el impacto de lasorganizaciones sobre las comunidades en que trabajan y la contribución que como buen ciudadano debe ejercer la empresa en ellas;
