En este ambiente nacen las condiciones para un trabajo decente que si se garantizan se convierten en impulsores de desarrollo humano. En este sentido un diagnóstico de clima organizacional es una herramienta de gran valor, el análisis resultante permitirá leer la situación actual y actuar en consecuencia con acciones que ayuden a la construcción de un ambiente en el que las personas y la organización tengan una experiencia positiva y de crecimiento para todos. Abstract: The organizational climate refers to the environment of the organization as perceived by the collaborators according to the structure, processes, practices and internal policies and influences satisfaction and job performance. In this environment, the conditions for decent work are born that, if guaranteed, become drivers of human development.
