Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El presente documento es el resultado de un análisis territorial realizado en cinco municipios del departamento del Norte de Risaralda, específicamente ubicado en el corregimiento Alto del Nudo, del municipio de Dosquebradas. Siendo este la base para el desarrollo del Centro de Encuentro Urbano Veredal, cuyo objetivo principal es realizar un reconocimiento más cercano hacia el campesino de la región, rescatando sus tradiciones, y fortaleciendo sus dinámicas económicas y culturales de la zona de estudio. Respecto al análisis se toma como referencia los procesos migratorios realizados por el habitante rural causado principalmente por el crecimiento de la urbe, lo que conlleva a una pérdida de identidad del campesino, por ende, a las practicas productivas que lo caracterizan como el responsable de abastecer a la ciudad. Con respecto a esta problemática se construye una serie de estrategias que ayuda a fomentar el desarrollo de dinámicas realizadas por el usuario estudiado, esto se logra por medio de la propuesta de un equipamiento de tipo económico-cultural, el cual permita fortalecer el desarrollo de actividades arraigadas al campesino, un espacio donde puedan comercializar sus productos como la relación del consumidor de manera directa, potencializando la importancia que cumple el campesino como abastecedor de la ciudad. ABSTRACT: This document is the result of a territorial analysis carried out in five municipalities of the Northern Department of Risaralda, specifically located in the Alto del Nudo corregimiento, in the municipality of Dosquebradas. This being the basis for the development of the Veredal Urban Encounter Center, whose main objective is to make a closer recognition towards the peasant of the region, rescuing its traditions, and strengthening its economic and cultural dynamics of the study area. Regarding the analysis, the migratory processes carried out by the rural inhabitant, caused mainly by the growth of the city, are taken as a reference, which leads to a loss of identity of the farmer, therefore, to the productive practices that characterize him as the person in charge of supplying to the city.
