Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática sobre intervenciones en el burnout. Fue realizada en las bases de datos Scopus, ScienceDirect, Scielo y Dialnet, desde 2009 a 2021, en idioma español e inglés. Fueron seleccionados un total de 30 artículos. 60% utilizaron el Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) como instrumento de medición, 60% fueron sobre el personal de la salud, un 20% utilizó una intervención cognitiva y un 93.3% de las intervenciones resultó en la reducción del burnout o uno de sus componentes. Se desarrolló una discusión por medio del análisis de los resultados y las correlaciones de estos con diferentes investigaciones realizadas previamente que complementan la información obtenida. Finalmente se considera necesaria una mayor investigación para hallar más resultados que enriquezcan la investigación. Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify the characteristics and results of the interventions on burnout that have been carried out in recent years in working populations. A systematic search on interventions in burnout was conducted in the Scopus, ScienceDirect, Scielo and Dialnet databases, from 2009 to 2021, in Spanish and English. A total of 30 articles were selected. 60% used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) as a measurement instrument. 60% were on health personnel, 20% used a cognitive intervention and 93.3% of the interventions led to the reduction of burnout or the reduction of one of its components. A discussion was developed through the analysis of the results and the correlations of these with different investigations previously developed that complement the information obtained.
