Thus the hyperactivity is established as a possible exit via the body, before an impossibility of developing on an issue structurally and subjectively crucial for the subject. This due to the family structure to circulation of truths with which the subject could perhaps do something different to act is prevented.Desde la teoría psicoanalítica freudiana y lacaniana, este artículo analiza hasta qué punto la existencia de un secreto familiar incide en la presencia del síntoma de hiperactividad. El desarrollo teórico permitió encontrar que en el secreto hay una circulación de goce que se presenta, ya sea en una vertiente de síntoma o de actingout. Así, la hiperactividad seconstituye como una posible salida, vía el cuerpo, ante una imposibilidad de elaboración frente a un asunto estructural y subjetivamente fundamental para el sujeto.
