Suarez Cardona, Kelly JohannaRojas Grisales, Deisy Jazmin2021-10-25T22:24:44Z2021-10-25T22:24:44Z2021-10-16DDEPDH110http://hdl.handle.net/10785/8749Artículo de investigación ( Especialización en Pedagogía y Desarrollo Humano), Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2021El artículo presenta la investigación desarrollada con las docentes de primera infancia en el centro de desarrollo infantil Emaús5 de la Ciudad de Dosquebradas, la cual se basó en los objetivos de indagar, reconocer y comparar las características individuales y colectivas, en contribución al reconocimiento sobre el rol del educador de primera infancia y cómo es concebido como un actor importante en la educación y la sociedad de manera pertinente, aunque han tenido poco reconocimiento en nuestro medio como sujetos portadores de experiencias significativas y prácticas pedagógicas; lo que permitió explorar la percepción y la importancia del estudio a nivel social y pedagógico desde el contexto, lo que contribuyó a la comprensión/Abstract: The article presents the research carried out with early childhood teachers at the Emmaus child development center of Dosquebradas City, which was based on the objectives of investigating, recognizing and comparing individual and collective characteristics, contributing to the recognition of the role at the early childhood educator and how is conceived as an important actor in education and society in a pertinent, although they´ve had little recognition in our environment as subjects with significant experiences and pedagogical practices; This allowed us to explore the perception and importance of the study at a social and pedagogical level from the context, which contributed to the current understanding of the role of the early childhood educator and facilitated the observation of various identities that have been constructed from the individual to the collective.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
