Pereira 2023La necesidad de trascender del estancamiento actual hacia un ejercicio más consciente de la arquitectura, en donde volvamos a pensar en el edificio como una máquina que funcione adecuadamente sin transgredir el medio ambiente ni a sus habitantes, nos lleva a buscar en el repertorio de la historia de la construcción , las estrategias que han sido aplicadas través de los siglos para llegar a un conocimiento que podamos aplicar a la arquitectura contemporánea en aras de retomar el camino y crear construcciones sanas que provean a las personas de bienestar y no de simple espacialidad vacía . Es así como la arquitectura vernácula nos abre un mundo de posibilidades para aplicar, ya que está cargada de experiencias y técnicas de cada región y clima, de ahí la importancia de reconocer estas técnicas y darles una dimensión académica para aplicarlas en nuestros proyectos bioclimáticos. Abstract: The need to transcend the current stagnation towards a more conscious exercise in architecture, where we once again think of the building as a machine that works properly without transgressing the environment or its inhabitants, leads us to search the repertoire of history. of construction, the strategies that have been applied through the centuries to reach a knowledge that we can apply to contemporary architecture in order to resume the path and create healthy constructions that provide people with well-being and not simply empty spatiality.
