Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2011Hoy en día la vivienda se ha convertido en un derecho inevitable para todas las comunidades atreves de la declaración de los derechos humanos, sin embargo la realidad evidencia otra cosa ya que cada día el déficit de la vivienda ha aumentado y también se han presentado fenómenos naturales que afectan la progresividad de la ciudad. Atreves de nuestro conocimiento y el apoyo de los profesionales. El documento se quiere enfatizar en conocer el municipio en el que se va a desarrollar el ejercicio urbanístico, con el fin de realizar un análisis que permita el entendimiento del territorio a través del estudio de categorías y el desarrollo de propuestas urbanísticas Con el fin de identificar los proyectos pertinentes para la consolidación del municipio atreves de la propuesta de viviendas, equipamientos, espacio público. / Abstract: Today the house has become a right for all communities inevitable dare the declaration of human rights, but the reality is evidence otherwise because every day the housing deficit has increased and there have been natural phenomena that affect the progressivity of the city.
