Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2019En el presente documento se hace un abordaje sobre los factores que han impedido el recaudo de la participación de la Plusvalía en el Municipio Industrial de Dosquebradas Risaralda, resaltado que este cobro es de importancia para los territorios dado que garantiza mayores ingresos económicos y éstos a su vez mejoran la inversión en Infraestructura física y equipamientos colectivos en el territorio en que se recauden; herramienta que el municipio de Dosquebradas no ha aplicado efectivamente y consigo a ocasionado un retraso en materia de infraestructura para atender las necesidades ciudadanas; pese a dicha contribución esta debidamente reglamentada a través del acuerdo 028 del año 2017. \ Abstract: In the document shown, it shows factors how it prevents collections in the industrial municipality of Dosquebradas, Risaralda. It demonstrates how the result of this payment is of great importance for the territory, given that it guarentees major economic income and at the same time helps the investment of physical infrastructure and a collection of equipment in the territory; there has also been equipment that the Dosquebradas municipality hasn*t given and there has been a delay in material of these infrastructures to answer to the necessity of these citizens; despite that contribution has been ultimately regulated according to the agreement 028 of the year 2017Universidad Católica de Pereira.
