La RSE abarca todas las áreas dentro de la estructura, sin embargo, esta investigación tuvo el propósito de adelantar un diagnóstico inicial a partir del cual comparar los resultados encontrados con los planteamientos de Ramos, Korin, García & Pérez. (2009) y proponer el ejercicio de actividades viables específicamente en la gestión del talento humano dentro de Grumerco S.A.S. centrado en los derechos laborales fundamentales, salud y seguridad laboral y el desarrollo de los trabajadores.Corporate social responsibility CSR has become a trend in the business context, being the path towards the development of a comprehensive management model, in which the organization establishes a set of practices that go beyond the legal minimum established by regulation. in force and in order to generate well-being for its employees and the different interest groups that are part of the organization.
