La metodología utilizada fue a través del diseño cualitativo de teoría fundamentada, utilizando como técnica de recolección de datos la observación, y grupo enfoque al que se le aplicó un cuestionario en línea, con una muestra por conveniencia. En los resultados podemos encontrar que la mayoría de los jóvenes tienen reconocimiento sobre las definiciones y acciones que se vinculan al proyecto de vida y la ética, siendo necesario el fortalecimiento de la ética no solo desde la visión espiritual sino desde muchas áreas del ser, así como la vinculación de otros escenarios por fuera de la escuela para poder potenciar un entendimiento y apropiación de estos postulados que conlleven a las sinergias comunitarias que impacten positivamente en los procesos de desarrollo humano./ Abstract: The ethical life project is an integral commitment from the competences to strengthen the ethical life project is an integral commitment from the competences to strengthen actions and definitions that promote an ethic of responsibility in young people. The objective of this research is to propose a pedagogical strategy for the development of the ethical project of life, starting with the interpretations that students have of it. The methodology used was through the qualitative design of grounded theory, using as observation data collection technique and focus group to which an online questionnaire was applied, with a sample for convenience. In the results we can find that the majority of young people have recognition about the definitions and actions that are linked to the project of life and ethics, being necessary to strengthen ethics not only from the spiritual vision but from many areas of being, but from many areas of being, as well as the linking of other scenarios outside the school to enhance an understanding and appropriation of these postulates that lead to community synergies that positively impact human development processes.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
