Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2019El presente trabajo hace un análisis al impacto ambiental ocurrido en el manglar de Tajamar, México entre el 2005 y 2016 el cual fue afectado dadas las políticas flexibles gubernamentales y la participación de las empresas inversoras donde estas buscaban suplir la demanda turística que este territorio estaba atravesando por medio de proyectos inmobiliarios. Por lo tanto, es importante determinar cuáles fueron las causas que llevaron a que el proyecto denominado Malecón Tajamar logrará los diferentes permisos y autorizaciones, donde a su vez se identificaron una serie de objetivos por los cuales se permite determinar las diferentes acciones tanto del gobierno federal como de las empresas inversoras. /Abstract: The present work makes an analysis of the environmental impact that occurred in the Tajamar´s mangrove swamp, Mexico between 2005 and 2016, which was affected given the flexible governmental policies and the participation of the investment companies where they sought to supply the tourist demand that this territory was going in that moment, through real estate projects.
