Se analizan datos oficiales sobre estos temas, se analiza el contexto en el que se desarrolla el proyecto, así como la comunidad a la que se afecta para poder diseñar un equipamiento que permita hacer partícipe a la sociedad y a las entidades institucionales educativas y culturales. La falta de infraestructura que responda a esta problemática es uno de los principales motivos para la creación del Centro de Desarrollo de Cafés Especiales, que tenga como enfoque en el desarrollo de cafés especiales para la reactivación de los cultivos de café en el Cerro Canceles y que permita a caficultores competir con calidad en el mercado, incrementando sus ganancias y contrarrestando los bajos costos del mercado. Abstract: This article includes an analysis of the coffee crisis reflected in the coffee axis region, more specifically in Cerro Canceles, the social problems and the consequences that these factors bring to the community, being the basis for the analysis, including the subsequent response by The Bioclimatic option, through a project that reduces the problems facing the community. Analyze official data on these issues, analyze the context in which the project is developed, as well as the community it affects to be able to design equipment that allows society and educational and cultural institutional entities to participate.
