Para la realización del ejercicio proyectual en la optativa de memorias urbanas, se toma como su nombre lo indica, el concepto de memoria, específicamente la memoria colectiva, como herramienta de análisis en función y relación con las formas de crear estrategias de intervención en la ciudad, sin dejar de lado los valores históricos que han tenido y de esta manera seguir construyendo su historia. En este caso, al noreste de Italia, en la ciudad de Venecia, como punto de intervención, siendo esta una ciudad característica en lo que refiere al patrimonio arquitectónico, puesto que gracias a la gran preocupación por la conservación de sus edificios ha permitido mantenerlos casi intactos a través del tiempo, y esto ha convertido la ciudad en un referente histórico y arquitectónico importante en la arquitectura contemporánea. A partir de esto, será necesario comprender desde diferentes perspectivas la definición de memoria colectiva, ligada específicamente a estrategias de intervención en el ejercicio proyectual, donde se pueda partir de unos conceptos claros para dar apertura a una operación de memoria, acompañada de una serie de análisis de los espacios urbanos, como escenarios colectivos en los que se marcó la historia de la ciudad. Para esto, se realizaron diversos estudios en cuanto a la ubicación y orientación que tendrá el edificio, donde el punto específico de intervención, permitió reunir aspectos importantes en lo relacionado con la conservación y reconstrucción de la memoria del lugar, y a su vez, jugó un papel importante el contexto en el cual se emplazó el edificio, logrando crear conexiones visuales estratégicas con algunos de los principales edificios históricos de la ciudad. Como resultado, el edificio se emplaza en la zona nort-occidente de la isla Giudecca, al sur del centro de la ciudad, para dar respuesta a las determinantes anteriormente mencionadas en relación con la orientación, conservación e intervención del edificio, con una propuesta la cual incorpora en sus espacios, los elementos históricamente representativos y previamente analizados en la ciudad, tomando parte de una edificación existente, para ser previamente intervenida, conservando sus fachadas exteriores y reformando su interior con espacios que representen los elementos característicos antes analizados, creando una conexión con el nuevo edificio el cual se conectará por uno de sus costados, para de esta manera, crear una transición entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo. / Abstract: resumen en inglés. To carry out the design exercise in the urban memories elective, the concept of memory, in this case specifically the collective memory, is taken, as its name indicates, as an analysis tool based on and in relation to the ways of creating strategies of intervention in the city, without neglecting the historical values with which they carry, and in this way continue building their history. In this case, specifically to the northeast of Italy, the city of Venice, as a point of intervention, being this characteristic in what refers to the architectural heritage, since thanks to the great concern for the conservation of its buildings, it has allowed them to be kept almost intact over time, and this has made the city an important historical and architectural reference in contemporary architecture. From this, it will be necessary to understand the definition of collective memory from different perspectives, specifically linked to intervention strategies in the design exercise, where one can start from clear concepts to open up a memory operation, accompanied by a series of analysis of urban spaces, as collective scenarios that marked the history of the city. For this, various studies are carried out regarding the location and orientation that the building will have, where the specific point of intervention, in this case, will allow gathering important aspects related to the conservation and reconstruction of the memory of the place, and its In turn, the context in which the building will be located will play an important role, managing to create strategic visual connections with some of the main historical buildings in the city.
