First, the human being is recognized as a spatial being, a material being that requires the space to develop; second, the conceptual variables that allow the link between human and territory for habitat conformation are developed, as well as the conditioners that limit the exact generation of the habitat concept today, to finally realize the conceptual duality  of the construction of complete or incomplete habitats, which for the particular case is the conformation of a deterritorialized habitat and a territorialized habitat.
