Pereira, 2020.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, evaluar la viabilidad de la exportación de aceite de aguacate de tipo extra virgen en el mercado chino, con el fin incentivar la transformación de materias primas, generando valor agregado desde la región para el crecimiento del sector agropecuario del país. El producto se puede enfocar en el desarrollo de platos exóticos y su utilización dentro de la gastronomía del país destino, también para su consumo directo, debido a que hace parte de los aceites no saturados, por lo que a cogido una fuerte demanda por la creciente necesidad del cuidado de la saludo y en el sector cosmético, del cual se han derivado una cantidad de producto benéficos para la piel. Las necesidades logísticas, legales y sanitarias de la exportación de aceite de aguacate al mercado chino, son un papel fundamental dentro de la investigación que intentara dar respuesta a todas las interrogantes que se tienen para llevar a cabo una exportación al país objetivo de manera completa. / Abstract: The objective of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of exporting extra virgin avocado oil in the Chinese market, in order to encourage the transformation of raw materials, generating added value from the region for the growth of the agricultural sector of the country. The product can be focused on the development of exotic dishes and their use within the gastronomy of the destination country, also for direct consumption, because it is part of unsaturated oils, which is why it has taken on a strong demand due to the growing need for health care and in the cosmetic sector, from which a number of beneficial products for the skin have been derived.
