Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2023La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad estudiar los factores motivadores y/o satisfactores que influyen en el bienestar y rendimiento de los trabajadores en minimercados representativos de la ciudad de Pereira. Se trató de una investigación de enfoque cualitativo, debido a que, previamente se revisaron las teorías sobre la gestión del talento humano y los motivadores laborales, como referente teórico conceptual. A partir del marco referencial y el diseño metodológico se realizó el trabajo de campo recolectando la información a través de entrevistas y encuestas que se aplicaron a directivos y trabajadores de dichas empresas. Posteriormente, se procesó y analizó la información obtenida y se pudo establecer los hallazgos y concluir que existen diferentes satisfactores y/o motivadores, que dependen también de cada trabajador, e influyen en la permanencia en la empresa, compromiso, sentido de pertenencia y bienestar laboral.The purpose of this research was to study the motivating and/or satisfying factors that influence the well-being and performance of workers in representative mini-markets in the city of Pereira. It was a research with a qualitative approach, because the theories on the management of human talent and work motivators were previously reviewed, as a conceptual theoretical reference. Based on the referential framework and the methodological design, field work was carried out, collecting information through interviews and surveys that were applied to managers and workers of said companies.
