Thanks to these projects, the company significantly increased its competitiveness and had some Colombian academic and entrepreneurial awards conferred upon it. The projects were led under the direction and with the direct intervention of the author, they highlight an "Open and Inclusive" view on Innovation and Learning. Under this analytical framework the study develops a systemic approach in which those aspects regarding human aspects and social relations around change and innovation processes, have the same value than those related to Organizational learning and networking.El trabajo analiza las características comunes en la gestión de la innovación en cinco proyectos de innovación realizados en una empresa de plásticos. Gracias a estos proyectos, la empresa logró incrementar significativamente su competitividad, de forma que le ha merecido distintos reconocimientos en el medio empresarial y académico Colombiano. Los proyectos fueron liderados por el autor y denotan una visión "Abierta e Incluyente" de la Innovación y el Aprendizaje.
