En este documento se presenta el desarrollo de un sistema para la gestión de facturación, usuarios e inventarios de la empresa IGUN Telecomunicaciones. Esta solución parte de la necesidad por mejorar la gestión comercial de la empresa que, en la actualidad tiene un manejo manual de estos procedimientos. Luego de realizar el levantamiento de requisitos y hacer el análisis correspondiente, se revisaron diversas herramientas de desarrollo con el fin de escoger la más adecuada para el desarrollo del proyecto. Sin embargo, se eligieron las que fueron objeto de estudio y utilización durante la época de estudios. Dicho sistema fue diseñado usando algunos modelos de la ingeniería de software, se desarrolló con lenguaje PHP, el framework de diseño web Bootstrap y algunas características de JavaScript, lo anterior implementando buenas prácticas para el desarrollo de software. El sistema para la gestión de facturación, usuarios e inventarios fue desarrollado usando la metodología en cascada, ya que esta solución hace parte de un nicho estándar que, si bien requiere el acompañamiento del cliente, no necesita su intervención y retroalimentación constante y puede hacerse en fases secuenciales. El resultado obtenido del proyecto es un software que gestiona la parte comercial de la empresa IGUN Telecomunicaciones, con funcionalidades específicas que se identificarán durante la lectura de este proyecto de grado. Abstract: This is the summary in English This document presents the development of a system for the management of billing, users and inventories of the company IGUN Telecommunications. This solution is based on the need to improve the commercial management of the company, which currently has manual handling of these procedures. After carrying out the requirements survey and making the corresponding analysis, various development tools were reviewed in order to choose the most appropriate for the development of the project. However, those that were the object of study and use during the study period were chosen. This system was designed using some software engineering models, it was developed with PHP language, the Bootstrap web design framework and some JavaScript features, the above implementing good practices for software development. The system for managing billing, users and inventories was developed using the cascade methodology, since this solution is part of a standard niche that, although it requires the support of the client, does not need their intervention and constant feedback and can be done in sequential phases.
