Se busca analizar la ciudad de Pereira desde la historia de su conformación y evolución en el territorio, hasta su actual funcionamiento, con el fin de entender las dinámicas físicas y sociales de la ciudad, determinando así problemáticas, para plantear proyectos arquitectónicos que busquen dar solución y estén encaminados a reformular los hechos urbanos, y consolidar una ciudad que dé inicio a un desarrollo territorial compacto e integral. Abstract: The present investigation is born according to what is proposed in the Atlas Optical of a Revised Center of the city of Pereira, where there is a system of public space and buildings that have been integrated due to the growth of the city through years. The aim is to analyze the city of Pereira from the history of its conformation and evolution in the territory, to its current functioning, in order to understand the physical and social dynamics of the city, thus determining problems, to propose architectural projects that seek to solve and they are aimed at reformulating urban events, and consolidating a city that begins a compact and comprehensive territorial development.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
